Hamedan IAU to hold 2nd National Championship of Software Simulators

Alireza Esfandiari Moghaddam, Deputy of Research and Technology of Islamic Azad University, Hamedan branch  announced that the Second National Simulator Championship, with the aim of developing and identifying simulation software, will be hosted this October by the Hamedan IAU branch.


According to Mr. Esfandiari, software simulations are widely used today as essential applications in most of fields of science. They are inexpensive and contribute greatly towards scientific  development.

"The aim of this competition is to gather information about understanding these these applications and their development, and will be held in two main parts: A group league tournament which includes a rescue league, minesweeping league, and 2D and 3D Soccer League; and a simulators league which covers computer network simulators and data mining simulators,” he explained.
