Chabahar IAU Prepared to Admit Foreign Students

The Chabahar branch of the Islamic Azad University has announced its readiness to take in foreign students.


“In line with the Supreme Leader’s order on creating the possibility of admitting foreign students, the Chabahar IAU branch is prepared to admit foreign students, ” said the head of Chabahar IAU Branch, Dr. Mohamadhossein Yarahmadi.

“IAU has always attempted to develop science and learning in the international arena. Accordingly, it has recently been agreed that foreign students who hold a diploma or an associate degree be admitted in the same way as their Iranian counterparts,” stated Dr. Yarahmadi.

The representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Hamidreza Tousi, declared during his visit to the Chabahar free zone,“Conditions for admitting foreign students are favorable and necessary permissions for this purpose have been gained after negotiation with the respective authorities.”

Chabahar is a city in and capital of Chah Bahar County, Sistan and Baluchestan Province, Iran.
