Farshchian Poem Art Works to be Unveiled in Moscow

The collected poems of Ansherla Werner, Ukrainian-German poet whose inspiration has been Iranian painter and miniaturist Mahmoud Farshchian, will be made public at the Moscow International Book Fair.

image_650_365According to Iran Daily, this exhibition will be held from September 2 to 6, 2015, in Moscow, Russia. This book  has been translated into Persian by Saeid Ramezani and will be published by Candle and Fog Publishing Company. “Days of a Love, an anthology of modern Persian poems by Afshin Yadollahi, will also be unveiled at the fair”, said Afshin Shahneh-Tabar, the director of the company. Maestro Mahmoud Farshchian was born in Isfahan on January 24, 1930. His masterpieces have been exhibited in many galleries and museums like the British Library, Freer Gallery of Art in Washington DC, Bibliotheque Nationale in Paris, New York`s Metropolitan Museum and Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, the US.
