Kabul IAU Student Numbers Rise Sixfold

Based on latest admission statistics, the admission of students present at IAU Kabul branch has grown by 600% compared to the previous semester.

635655592789028326 According to Azad News Agency(ANA), Dr. Jahan Abadi, the head of Islamic Azad University, Kabul branch, outlined the major activities of this university and stated : “ Islamic Azad University of Afghanistan was established in 2010 in order to boost cultural and scientific cooperation between Iran and Afghanistan which are also similar in language and culture.” He added that this university started its activity with 6 majors including political science, geography, urban planning, sociology, business management, criminal law, and public law MA programs, and also civil engineering at the undergraduate level. Dr. Rahimi elaborated the advantageous situation of this university and explained that the university is active with more than 590 students in six majors and forty well-qualified professors.
