IAU Negotiates with 18 Embassies on Developing Persian Language

The general director of international affairs of Islamic Azad University has stated that “during the past months, IAU’s authorities have negotiated with 18 embassies on developing Persian language and literature in Asian, North African, and East European countries.”

According to Iran Student Correspondents Association (ISCA) quoted Dr. Hossein Ebrahimi as stating that so far, 6 letters have been written to the universities of Hong Kong, South Africa, and Madrid to introduce IAU and to collaboratively hold joint international courses for IAU’s professors.

“IAU has also negotiated with premier universities in Australia and Italy, and agreements have been signed between IAU’s vice-presidency of medical affairs and these universities”, added Ebrahimi.

Ebrahimi also pointed to the memorandum of understanding signed between Tokyo University of Foreign Studies and Islamic Azad University, according to which a Japanese language program will be launched in the Ayatollah Amoli branch.
