IAU Determined to Strengthen National & International Cultural Cooperation

Islamic Azad University and the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization have signed a cooperation Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in order to develop research, scientific, and cultural collaboration and also reach common goals.

According to Islamic Azad University’s public affairs, Dr. Mirzdaeh, the president of IAU, noted that developing Persian language and literature is one of the major plans of IAU, and that IAU is ready to cooperate with the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization to preserve, develop, and promote the Persian language and literature.

Dr. Mirzadeh also referred to Iranians in other countries, with the belief that their deep-rooted connection to Iran’s history, civilization, and art despite their distance makes IAU’s international branches ideal places for implementing cultural projects.

In this regard, the deputy of IAU’s students and cultural affairs Dr. Taha Hashemi emphasized that increasing IAU’s international interaction with other universities is an essential factor for developing and improving scientific activities.
