Young Iranian inventors have succeeded in winning the gold medal of the International trade fair “Ideas – Inventions – New Products” in Nürnberg.

As ANA reports, Seyed Alireza Mousavi and Reza Afshar, young inventors from Isfahan, earned the gold medal of this inventors’ trade fair.

Alireza Mousavi stated that their invention was selected among 683 from 54 countries, with Iranians accounting for 15 inventions exhibited.

“Our invention,”Rubby,” is a tomato paste container which can be used easily and safely to reduce mold and keep the paste fresh, ” he explained.

Mousavi clarified that the paste attracts fungi and begins to mold a few days after its container is opened, while researches revealed that even if it does not mold, tomato paste loses its nutrients after some days. This invention can preserve its nutritional value through discharging the air inside and preventing air exchange.

The International trade fair “Ideas – Inventions – New Products” iENA reaches out to meet its reputation as the most important specialized trade show for the international invention scene. Creative product ideas, unusual inventions and technical innovations brought trade visitors from more than 54 countries to the Nuremberg Exhibition Centre from October 27-30, 2016.
