Sharif University of Technology to Hold the 3rd Congress on Talent Management

The 3rd congress on Talent Management in the third Millennium will be held by Sharif University of Technology which its focus is to foster a powerful and talented generations in Today’s Technology – driven world.

According to an ISCA report, Nosratollah Zargham, Ph.D., the current president of the INSF, stated that the congress aims at strengthening the cultural-academic infrastructure of the country and society.

He continued that the conference basically concentrates on identifying potential and actual talent, discovering new approaches to find and grow talents, as well as discussing IT roles in talent planning and management.

Talent management, applied concepts, science and future studies, improving the performance of individuals, systems and society and their role in developing communities’ economy, politics and culture, the Role of Technology and Information Technology in Talent Management, countries’ educational systems, etc. will be some discussion areas of the conference.

Prof. Dr. Albert Ziegler, Secretary General of the International Research Association, for Talent Development and Excellence (IRATDE), Leticia Penano-Ho, the child psychology expert in Quezon City, Philippines, Prof. Dr. Ugur Sak, director of the Center for Research and Practice for High Ability, Prof. Heidrun Stoeger, Chair Professor of School Research, Prof. Dr. Fischer and Dr. Roya Klinger, head of Center the Global Center for Gifted and Talented Children will speak in this congress.

The 3rd congress on Talent Management in the third Millennium will be held by Sharif University of Technology in cooperation with Shefa Neuroscience Research Center and Presidency of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Vice-Presidency for Science and Technology in January 17-18, 2018.
