Qeshm IAU to Build Village Tourism

The acting head of Islamic Azad University, Qeshm Island branch, has stated that two great projects, creating Laser Lab and building Village Tourism, are on the agenda in this unit.

According to an ISCA report, Dr. Seraj Alddin Mohebbi pointed to naming the current Iranian calendar year (started March 21, 2018) after “Supporting Iranian Products” by the Leader of the Islamic Revolution and said a tourist village is a village officially designated as one that welcomes tourism and explained that due to the prevalence of ecotourism in the country, especially in Qeshm Island, building village tourism would have high income for the university.

He also added that in order to materialize objectives of the current year’s motto, the university signed cooperation MoU with Isfahan Laser Laboratory in order to make laser engraving to inscribe things on various materials, such as glass and wood.
