According to an ISCA report, Dezful IAU in cooperation with Pouya Mechanic Sahebi’s knowledge-based co., succeeded in making a smart medical stretcher.

The researcher and managing Director of Pouya Mechanic Sahebi’s knowledge-based, Hossein Sahebi Bazaz, explained that since 2014, the company has started its medical engineering activities with a group of seven people including electronic engineers, mechanics and materials, and operates in the production of medical equipment.

As he said, this intelligent stretcher is made with lower costs and higher technology, while ordinary stretchers are used exclusively for carrying patients between different parts of the hospital and to transfer at least four nurses to the patient for carriage to the patient.

Sahebi Bazaz also noted that the stretcher‘s height can be adjusted from 67 cm to one meter and 25 cm and added that, in the type of intelligent, all the tasks of moving and transmitting the patient without any additional movement and movement and manual intervention are done intelligently.

“This stretcher sample has been produced in the country for the first time, and it can be said that it is unique in the world because its shortcomings and weaknesses have been researched for many years and have been tested and approved by Iran University of Medical Sciences for months,” he pointed.
