Dr. Tehranchi declared that there are two types of pedagogical methods in universities; science education, means learning through research, observation and experience, and moral education, refers to helping children acquire those virtues or moral habits that will help them individually live good lives and at the same time become productive, contributing members of their communities.

The IAU acting president noted that as far as learning is just audible and pervasive, it would be hard to apply it properly, therefore, doing researches, theorizing and producing are some factors leading to scientific promotion, production and application.
