Researchers of Pardis Science and Technology Park have produced domestic root canal disinfection solution to remain elimination of microorganisms from the root canal systems and prevention of recontamination after treatment.

According to an ISCA report, elimination or significant reduction of irritants and prevention of recontamination of the root canal after treatment are the essential elements for successful outcomes.

The head of a knowledge-based company located in Pardis Science and Technology Park stated that dental products are generally imported and one of the main reason for the high costs of dental care services, especially in public centers, is the high cost of imported dental materials, so our research team decided to produce them domestically in order to supply dental community requirements, cheaper than its foreign sample with the same high quality.

To effectively clean and disinfect the root canal system, this solution penetrates deep in dentin and its tubules, offer long-term antibacterial effect, remove the smear layer, and are nonantigenic, nontoxic and noncarcinogenic.
