Asian Countries Will Become Sci-Tech Source in Near Future

The head of Persian Gulf University has stated that our common points with Asian and Eastern countries in various fields including, politics, economic and culture, could facilitate our academic relations and interactions with other countries.

In his interview with ISCA News Agency, Dr. Abdolmajid Mosleh stated that based on the recent surveys, Eastern and Asian countries such as China, India, South Korea and Japan will play a significant role in science production in future.

He added that our academic relations and interactions have been facilitated due to our common points with Asian and Eastern countries in various fields including, politics, economic and culture, therefore, we will be able to develop science and technology in promoting our country’s educational system.

Dr. Mosleh noted that the higher education condition in Asia is very convenient so we can be positively active in various areas including students’ admission, holding international forums and conferences and developing academic interactions with Central and Southeast Asian countries.

As he said, the university has positive academic interactions with countries such as Turkey, India, China, South Korea, Iraq and Afghanistan but in line with achieving our main goal which is the fast progression, we must organize programs to increase our research, technology and academic interactions with other countries.
