Golestan IAU to Solve Problems of Fishing Industry

The head of Islamic Azad University, Golestan branch, has stated that the university is responsible to investigate the problems of fishery industry, so the provisions of circular will be codified until the next month.

According to an ANA report, Hojatoleslam val-Moslemin Seyed Ali Taheri stated that on the occasion of National Research and Technology Week, the university held various programs including startups, scientific meetings, workshops, also signed cooperation MoUs with organizations and executive agencies.

He explained that the new mission of Golestan IAU, based on “Azad Payesh plan”, referring to an Effective Unified Research Network, is to consider agricultural challenges, present solutions, pay attention to environment, water and wastewater, industrial pollutants and agricultural toxins, turn seawater into drinking water​, tourism industry, regional studies and participate in ecotourism section.

Taheri finally added that in cooperation with 6 other provinces, the university is responsible to codify the provisions of its circular until next month.
