Science & Research IAU to Hold 1st Mobile App Startup Event

Science and Research Deputy of Islamic Azad University, Science and Research branch has announced on holding the first mobile app startup event in near future.

According to an ANA report, Fatemeh Azizabadi Farahani stated that pre-event startup is considered as a way to provide entrepreneurial atmosphere in universities to give students and idea owners the knowledge or understanding of science on business and startups.

She continued that Science and Research IAU pre-event startup was held in a form of business workshops, on the occasion of the national research and technology week, which could familiarize students with “startup ecosystem”.

In line with learning from others experiences, connecting with cofounders and CEOs of other startups as well as noting their valuable advice, a mobile app startup event will be held in February 2019, Azizabadi Farahani explained.

As she noted, the startup will mainly focus on designing, developing and programing mobile games based on Islamic-Iranian life style. Also, based on the registration statistics in the website, majority of entrepreneurs, investors and accelerator owners have been predicted to take part in this scientific and technological event.
