IAU Opens Its 1st Book Café

Islamic Azad University has opened its first book café in Yadegar-e-Imam Khomeini (RAH) branch to create a cultural atmosphere for academics' meetings.

In his interview with Azad News Agency, Mohammad Yousefi stated that the first IAU book café opened due to the great capacity of Yadegar-e-Imam Khomeini (RAH) IAU central library and in line with creating a cultural place for students and faculty members meetings.

The head of Yadegar-e-Imam Khomeini (RAH) IAU central library said that introducing recent published books and unveiling them with the presence of their authors can persuade students and faculty members to attend and share their information also being more familiar with more books and their contents.

As he said, the library is free for academics, also book reading competition and workshops will be held in this place. The café can give booklovers the opportunity to purchase their favorite titles, discover new books, and enjoy convenience.
