IAU Graduate School of Law, Innovation in Higher Education System

The head of Islamic Azad University board of founders and trustees has stated that opening IAU first Graduate School of Law is an innovative work in higher education system.

According to an ISCA report, Dr. Ali Akbar Velayati said that the university first Graduate School of Law has been an innovative action in higher education system that implemented for the first time in the country.

Dr. Velayati continued that enrolling and passing apprenticeship classes is common for students, as an industry-driven, high-quality career pathway where employers can develop and prepare their future workforce, and individuals can obtain paid work experience, classroom instruction, and a portable, nationally-recognized.

He added that such courses have not been available for law students to spend their time on the job and being mentored by professors, an experienced journeyperson so far, so running such schools are innovative activities helping students learn courses theoretically and practically as well.

Dr. Velayati noted that as one of the most difficult tasks, judging is like passing the As-Sirāt, according to Islam, the hair-narrow bridge which every human must pass on the Yawm ad-Din to enter Paradise, therefore such schools help students of relevant majors to obtain experiences and skills as well as being a judged with moral conscience.
