TOEIC, Workplace English-Language Skills Assessment

Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC) has set the standard for assessing English-language skills used in the workplace.

According to an ISCA report, TOEIC is a multiple-choice English language proficiency test for people whose native language is not English. It measures their English comprehension, speaking, writing and reading skills in an international environment.

The scores indicate how well people can communicate in English with others in business, commerce and industry. The test allows you to assess your ability level and to monitor your progress in learning English, provides you with an internationally recognized Certificate of Achievement credential demonstrating your proficiency in English and shows prospective employers your ability to use English in the workplace by including your TOEIC scores with your resume.
