Iranian, French Universities to Develop Relations

Officials of Amirkabir University of Technology and University of Poitiers in France announced their readiness for boosting scientific and educational relations.

According to an ISCA report, in a meeting with officials of University of Poitiers, the Chancellor of Amirkabir University of Technology Ahmad Motamedi stated that over 4.5 million students are now studying in Iran.

He said that Iranian government's policy is to invest in human resources so establishing international relations with good universities in the world is a way to increase the quality level of sciences in universities.

President of the University of Poitiers Yves Jean expressed interests to maintain cooperation with Iran in literature, law, maths and environment fields. He also extended readiness for cooperate with Iran in biology and medical imaging fields.
