Tehran, Saint Petersburg to Exchange Students

Deputy of University of Tehran International Affairs has announced on exchanging students with Saint Petersburg State University.

According to an ISCA report, Mohammad Bagher Ghahramani stated that based on the agreement, both sides will exchange students and hold a three to five month sabbatical.

Saint Petersburg State University was established in 1724 and claims to be the first institution of higher education founded in Russia. It hosts international students from more than 70 nations, and offers about 30 clinical residency programs.

The university offers 106 undergraduate programs and 263 doctoral programs, spread across 24 specialized faculties. It has partnerships with about 350 universities worldwide, including Carleton University in Canada, the University of Tartu in Estonia and the University of Greifswald, Germany.
