Iranian Researchers Make Goods Carrying Robot

Supported by Iran National Science Foundation, researchers of Sharif University of Technology have designed and made a goods carrying robot.

According to an ISCA report, researchers of Sharif University of Technology, with the support of Iran National Science Foundation could design a robot which is able to carry goods and human.

This robot can be applied in hospitals, workshops, factories, any places requiring goods and human movement, boarder security, tour security, online monitoring and finding the best path in land mine.

Consuming electrical energy, the robot structure is made up of co-axial wheels and a platform which it was placed on it. In order to create stability and balance, the system of learning control, based on reinforcement learning, has been applied in this robot. Sensors, processors, wheels and electronic circuits were various parts of the robot.
