Tonekabon IAU Student Snatches Bronze in 2019 Korea Int'l Women’s Invention Exposition

A student of Tonekabon Islamic Azad University could win bronze medal in the 11th exposition Korea International Women’s Invention Exposition in South Korea held on 20 June, 2019.

According to an ISCA report, Amirhossein Galeshi, Industrial Engineering student of Tonekabon IAU has succeeded to come third and won bronze medal through presenting his plan about Smart Ventilation System. Also his sister, Sedigheh Galeshi won 3 silver medals due to her heart stent, skull prosthesis and lumbar disc prosthesis projects in this event.

The international Women’s Invention Exposition is annually Organized by Korea Women Inventors Association (KWIA) and Hosted by Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO) and held under direct intellectual property of World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and it is sponsored by International Federation of Inventor’s Association (IFIA) in different countries.

Iran’s national team including students from Amirkabir University of Technology, Islamic Azad University and young inventors presented 9 inventions in various fields such as medical engineering, transportation and electronics and snatched two gold, three silver and four bronze medals in this competition.
