An Academic Delegation From Iraq Visits Science & Research IAU

An academic delegation from University of Kufa has met and negotiated with officials of Islamic Azad University, Science and Research branch.

According to an ISCA report, heads of faculties of University of Kufa met and negotiated with officials of Science and Research IAU in order to strengthen scientific relations between both countries.

Prof. Dr. Abbas Ali Al-Faham, dean of the Faculty of Education for Women in University of Kufa stated that the university was established in 1987 and right now, “there are 21 faculties, 81 majors and 35 thousand students in this university.”

In this meeting, Meysam Alhamami, dean of the Faculty of Education, hoped for strengthening cultural and scientific relations between the two countries and noted that a conference of Arabic language will be held on December 2019 in this university, so he invited all Iranian researchers to support Quran and Arabic language through participating and submitting their articles in this conference.

Hassan Al-Fayaz, deputy of the Faculty of Education, also noted that strengthening scientific relations with the world and the region, especially with Iran, is the university’s main vision and priority.

During the meeting, the acting head of IAU Center for the Bureau of the President and Public Relations, Seyed Babak Farzaneh declared that IAU is looking for expanding and developing scientific and research cooperation with the University of Kufa and hoped that holding the conference of Arabic language would be the initiator of a good and constructive communication between both countries.
