IAU, Khatam Al-Nabieen University Ink Co-op MoU

Officials of Islamic Azad University and Khatam Al-Nabieen University have signed a scientific, academic and cultural Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).

According to an ISCA report, exchanging faculties, researchers and students, holding post PhD courses, running joint labs, developing knowledge-based firms, expanding scientific and research activities as well as knowledge-based economy, developing higher education and promoting medical science in Afghanistan were among most important axes of this MoU.

During this meeting, the IAU president, Dr. Tehranchi noted that undoubtedly, scientific development is based on academic growth therefore; science-based movements must be formed among universities. He also declared that having research and interactional cooperation with universities of the region, “would be our honor.”

Mohammad Javad Binesh, head of Khatam Al-Nabieen University, also stated that they needed comprehensive cooperation with Islamic Republic of Iran for scientific and cultural development.

Khatam Al-Nabieen University is one of the most prestigious private universities in Afghanistan. Khatam Al-Nabieen University begun its scientific and educational activities in 2007 and now has six active faculties in the fields of law and jurisprudence, medicine, computer science, science political, economic, and management and social sciences.
