Iranian students have taken the runner up position in the 17th edition of ARCA 2019 held in Zagreb, Croatia.

According to an ISCA report, the patent of nanoelectronic smart heated gloves, created by Sajjad Shariat, Negar Ataee, Ghazal Sohrabi, and Hasti Rezaee, has been awarded in 2019 International Exhibition of Inventions in Zagreb, Croatia.

The gloves are suitable for mountain-climbers or anyone that resides in mountainous areas. They can control the vital signs of the body and report any problem that happens to the person through the GMS, Fars News Agency reported.

The glove provides the heat even in the -40° centigrade and shows the outside and inside temperature through the built-in monitor. Connecting to the cell phone as well as being used instead of that, are among other features of the gloves.

ARCA 2019 is annually held in the memory of Nikola Tesla. This year's edition was held on October 17-19, 2019.
