Researchers of Islamic Azad University have created a drone for agriculture to increase efficiency in certain aspects of the farming process.

According to an ISCA report, Ali Raeisi, student of electrical engineering in Central Tehran IAU, explained that this drone can efficiently water the entire field in 10 minutes only with 10 liter water.

Agricultural drones allow farmers to obtain access to a wealth of data they can use to make better management decisions, improve crop yields, and increase overall profitability.

This approach to farming management is based on observing, measuring, and taking action based on real-time crop and livestock data.

As Raeisi said, the drone was created with the cooperation of National Iranian Copper Industries Co. and Mobarakeh Steel Company.
